Geography
A series of pieces which explore the concept of personal geography in the age of Google maps. Remembered geography, mapped with a visual narrative, can be much more meaningful to a person or to a viewer than that which is technically correct. This vivid, if imprecise, memory of space is imprinted onto a person along with an evocative smell or a specific image associated with a place. These particular pieces serve as placeholders, or in some cases, postcards from memories and show the various ways locations can be experienced, described and remembered.
